When presenting SeaPen, here are a few key points to consider.

Not a Boat Lift

SeaPen is not a boat lift. It’s a premium, in-water boat storage system that creates a dry environment around your hull while your boat stays in the water. There is no lifting, hoisting, or suspension above the waterline.

Unobstructed & Dock-Friendly

SeaPen sits at water level and stays below the dock line, preserving clear views and the visual uniformity of the waterfront. There are no overhead arms, cradles, or motors.

Protects Docks & Structures

SeaPen adds no structural load to docks or pilings. Because it doesn’t lift the boat or require permanent installation, it helps preserve existing dock infrastructure.

Simple & Non-Permanent

SeaPen operates on standard 110V power and is considered a boat accessory, not dock infrastructure. It can be moved or removed without permanent dock modifications.

Safe & Low-Risk

Because the boat is never raised out of the water, there’s no risk of suspended loads or mid-air failure. The boat remains supported naturally at water level.

Eco-Friendly Design

SeaPen operates without hydraulics or fluids, reducing the risk of leaks while helping prevent marine growth and bottom paint wear.

Why SeaPen Is Approved Where Boat Lifts Aren’t.

Many homeowner and condo associations restrict traditional boat lifts to protect views, reduce infrastructure stress, and preserve uniform dock design. SeaPen was designed specifically to solve those challenges - without lifting the boat out of the water.

Preserves Waterfront Views

Traditional lifts add overhead arms, motors, and cradles that block sightlines and alter the appearance of docks. SeaPen stays below the dock line, keeping waterfront views open and unobstructed.

No Structural Impact

Boat lifts place added load on docks and pilings and often require permanent installation.
SeaPen does not lift the boat or stress dock infrastructure, helping preserve existing dock systems.

Designed for Regulated Communities

Because SeaPen is an in-water boat storage accessory - not a lift or dock structure, it’s commonly approved in communities where lifts are prohibited or discouraged.
