I am very disappointed that the SeaPen did not work for my configuration of my dock. However, I was incredibly impressed with the level of service that you and your team gave me throughout this process. You never tried to sell me, you focused on making sure that you answered every question (and I had a lot) and you were incredibly patient and professional. The technical advice and the planning were first class. I really wish that the shape of my dock and the approach would have allowed for the SeaPen as I could imagine a long and happy relationship with Solstice Docking.
